Background
For over twenty years, I have guided SME executives through the moments that define the future of their business: reorganizations, turnarounds, strategic repositioning. My territory is the 5-to-50-employee structure — large enough to face real stakes, human enough for every decision to have a face.
I have been through dozens of restructurings, from the most painful to the most ambitious. What I have learned: organizational problems are rarely what they appear to be on the surface. You have to dig, ask the right questions, and have the courage to say what no one wants to hear.
Today, Strategy Rossini is a deliberately focused practice: few clients at a time, a great deal of attention. I do not sell reports — I commit to results.
